Prayer Shawl Ministry meets the third Tuesday of every month at 10:00am in the Conference Center.
This ministry crochets blankets, shawls and hats for those in need of prayer and comfort.
They make baby hats and blankets for newborns in Sacred Heart NICU. They also make blankets and shawls for the sick or elderly to keep them warm and comforted during their time of need. In November for our “Cover the Altar” mission, they make scarves and hats for the homeless and needy to give out with coats for the winter.
Everyone is welcome to be a part of this group even if you are not a knitter. Volunteers are needed to package and deliver completed items as well as donations of supplies.
